  Help for current VESTA users
 

Forgot your password?

Go to the VESTA login page, type in your username, then click the "> FORGOT PASSWORD" link. If your current email address is on file in VESTA, you will be emailed a temporary password to use for one type and VESTA will then require you to reset your password. Or, you can ask HMIS support for help by email or phone 513.891.4016, ext. 36.

 

Don't have a user name and password?

To become an authorized user, complete the following user agreement. It must be signed by your agency executive director and mailed in.

Want to change your password?

Please Log in first, then go to SUPPORT tab at the top of the page, then look for the "> Change your password" option on the left.

 

Password doesnt work?

Wrong username or password: You must enter your user name with the correct case letters. Make sure that Caps Lock isn’t on and that you didn’t misspell or add a space.

Wrong Computer: Only authorized computers with valid VESTA-issued digital certificates may access VESTA. If you are attempting to login to VESTA from home or from an unauthorized computer, you will recieve an error message.

No Internet Access: You must be accessing the internet to use VESTA. Just seeing this site does not prove that you have internet access. Try hitting refresh (F5) or surfing the internet to assure that internet access is not the problem. If you cannot access other internet sites:

  • Make sure your network or phone cable is connected to your computer and to the wall.
  • Check whether other users can access the internet.
  • If other users cannot access the internet, call your internet provider.

Security Lockout: VESTA security locks out passwords and users for a variety of security threats and reasons. To determine if this is the reason your password is not working, and to rectify the situation, contact HMIS by email or phone 513.891.4016.

Users may log in to VESTA software seven days a week. For support, our office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, except holidays.
